Why do we celebrate Women in Construction week?
- Because women now make up 9.9% percent of the US’s construction industry, and we’re contributing to this rise!
- Because only 1% of women work the front lines of job sites, and we’re here to change that.
- Because women comprise 14% of executive positions in the construction industry, and we’re creating leadership opportunities for women to be at the table.
- Because 13% of construction firms are owned by women, and BridgePoint is one of them!
