Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for helping the team achieve the goals of a fast-growing construction company with a fast-paced and dynamic work environment that specializes in commercial construction up-fits, renovations, healthcare, and life sciences
  • Managing the day to day construction activities to assure that the project milestone dates are met and coordinate means and methods to assure the successful and profitable execution of the work on smaller projects
  • Assist superintendent on day to day management of work on larger projects
  • Provide daily reports on the actions and events that occur on a daily basis and provide this to the Project manager and /or Management Team
  • Ensure the company safety guidelines are being followed at the project level


  • Preferred a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience
  • Self-motivated and able to assume responsibility for multiple assignments
  • Current safety credentials to include at a minimum 10 Hours OSHA, First Aid, and CPR
