BridgePoint General Contracting – Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

  • Review owner contracts
  • Generate all subcontract exhibits
  • Process and track subcontract and PO agreements
  • Oversee subcontractor change orders
  • Manage builder’s risk policies, COI review, Client/Owner/Landlord Insurance compliance
  • Manage all bonds
  • Responsible for all Lien Agent filing and notifications

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of industry experience
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize several tasks without compromising quality of work or deadlines
  • Proven organization skills in a high paced work environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be proficient with computer systems and software
