Brief Overview: BridgePoint’s work included the interior fit-up highlighting a stunning white oak wall, associated fine millwork and a commercial kitchen. Sixty-four (64) taps line the wall allowing guests to pour their own beverages. The Pour Taproom project was completed within an aggressive schedule. Because the taproom is below the Unscripted Hotel, BridgePoint installed a fire-rated ceiling and acoustical insulation to reduce noise transmission from the taproom to the hotel and vise versa. Therefore, our team focused on the intricacies of ceiling – it was the critical path to complete the project on time and within budget.
