This state of the art space consisted of 18 labs with support spaces and tissue culture rooms, a cold room, large conference and updated offices. We performed demo and construction on the 4th floor of an occupied lab building with a in use BSL3 lab under a portion of our construction area. Tie in of building systems to the emergency generator, DI loop and other building services was a well-coordinated effort by the team.
