Project Manager Position Summary 

BridgePoint General Contracting, a rapidly growing full-service, female-owned HUB-certified construction firm with expertise in general contracting and construction services, is seeking an experienced self-starter Project Manager with leadership abilities to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have 5 – 10+ years of proven project management capabilities to manage all parts of the project including project financials, schedule, quality, project administration, supervision, maintaining relationships with subcontractors, vendors, owners, architects, consultants, governing authorities, and client relationships to deliver high-quality projects to new and repeat clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prime contact for all construction project-related duties
  • Responsible for multiple projects at a time
  • Oversee site superintendents
  • Owner / Architect / Client interactions
  • Scheduling
  • Budget control/project buyout
  • Procore software
  • Oversee submittals, RFI’s, CO’s, SCO’s, closeouts, etc.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field preferred
  • 5 – 10+ years of experience managing commercial projects.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize several tasks without compromising the quality of work or project deadlines.
  • Proven organization skills in a high-paced work environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be proficient with computer systems and software. Procore experience is a plus.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
