BridgePoint transformed a former warehouse into a modern office with an expansion that supports a flexible, collaborative worksplace.  The layout combines open work areas, private offices, breakout spaces, lounges, and a large break area that doubles as a hub for meetings and guest hosting.  Every room was designed with adaptability in mind, easily shifting between different uses.  Advanced AV technology functionality, while lounges provide versatile settings for both teamwork and quiet moments.  The interiors blend Durham’s industrial character – exposed brick and concrete floors, with refined finishes like walnut paneling and glass walls.  Sustainable features, including energy-efficient lighting controls, complete a workspace that is functional, flexible, and connected to its community.
