Assistant Superintendent
BridgePoint seeks an Assistant Superintendent with a minimum of 2 – 5 years of hands on experience. The Assistant Superintendent’s primary focus will be managing the daily activity on the job site to deliver smaller high-quality projects to new and repeat clients. BridgePoint is a fast-growing construction company specializing in commercial construction up-fits, renovations, and new construction located in Durham North Carolina. The Assistant Superintendent is responsible for delivering the project on schedule, maintaining compliance with construction and safety regulations, ensuring quality standards are met, and all equipment and materials are available on-site at all times. Assistant Project Manager
BridgePoint is seeking an Assistant Project Manager with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in the construction industry (Project Engineer level). Responsible for helping the team achieve the goals of a fast-growing construction company with a fast-paced and dynamic work environment that specializes in commercial construction up-fits, renovations, healthcare, and life sciences. The primary focus will be managing the day-to-day project operations of $250k – $2M projects and assisting a Project Manager on $2M – $15M projects by driving successful project results, from preconstruction through final closeout in the safest manner possible while maintaining the highest quality standards. Oversee and assist on all parts of the project including but not limited to: project financials, schedule, quality, project administration while maintaining relationships with subcontractors, vendors, owners, architects, consultants and governing authorities to deliver high-quality projects to new and repeat clients. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, with leadership ability and experience in maintaining relationships.
Estimator
The Estimator will work with the Preconstruction Manager primarily working on project estimates. Responsibilities include preparing the subcontractor list, issuing bid invitations, document distribution, preparing quantity take offs, evaluating subcontractor proposals, communicating with subcontractors during the bidding process, and assisting with the preparation of estimates.
Project Engineer
The Project Engineer’s primary responsibility is to support the Project Manager in the management and administration of the construction project. The Project Engineer will be involved in a variety of aspects of the project starting at precon, to submittals, RFIs, scheduling, document control, project management, and field operations all the way to close out.
Superintendent
BridgePoint seeks a Superintendent with a minimum of 5 years of experience at the Superintendent level. The Superintendent’s primary focus will be managing the daily activity on the job site to deliver high-quality projects to new and repeat clients.
